WHO WE ARE: Based in Southern California, Green Olive Creative is media production and talent management company specializing in comedy, digital media, live events, and mission-driven storytelling. The company develops and supports nationally touring comedians, viral creators, nonprofit campaigns, podcasts, and entertainment properties with a focus on audience growth, creative development, and cultural impact.

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Founded by veteran producers and creative strategists Jess Agi, MPA and Justen Van Dyke, Green Olive Creative provides talent management, production, consulting, and strategic development services across comedy, digital entertainment, nonprofit media, and live events.

The company works with comedians, creators, podcasts, advocacy organizations, political campaigns, and entertainment brands to develop impactful storytelling, scalable audience engagement, and professionally produced content across live and digital platforms.

The company’s founders bring more than 20 years of experience across television, live entertainment, digital production, nonprofit campaigns, and branded creative campaigns, including work connected to national networks, touring productions, and mission-driven organizations.

Jess Agi, MPA: Co-Founder & CEO

Jess Agi is a producer, talent manager, and social impact strategist based in Los Angeles. Through Green Olive Creative, she oversees comedy talent management, live event production, creative development, digital strategy, and nonprofit storytelling initiatives.

Jess worked in live entertainment, comedy media, radio programming, print media, and unscripted television production. Her work has included producing live comedy events, supporting touring artists, managing digital campaigns, and developing fundraising and advocacy initiatives for nonprofit and community-based organizations.

Through her production and consulting work, projects she has supported have collectively helped raise millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations and social impact campaigns. Jess holds a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University and a certificate in women’s entrepreneurship from Cornell University.

Justen Van Dyke: Co-Founder & Executive Producer

Justen Van Dyke is a filmmaker, photographer, animator, and executive producer specializing in digital media production, branded storytelling, and visual content development.

A graduate of New York University Tisch School of the Arts, his background spans commercial production, entertainment media, documentary-style storytelling, photography, and post-production. Through Green Olive Creative, he leads video production, photography, editing, creative direction, and multimedia content development for entertainment, nonprofit, and advocacy-focused projects.

His work includes creative production for branded campaigns, live entertainment media, social impact initiatives, and digital storytelling projects across a variety of platforms and industries.
